Meal Site Coordinators

Our Meal Site Coordinators are the heart of daily operations at each of our Meals on Wheels locations. They ensure that nutritious meals are safely prepared, organized, and delivered to the individuals who rely on us across Northeast Tennessee.

Coordinators manage delivery routes, support our dedicated volunteers, and serve as the main point of contact for each site. They’re here to help answer questions, respond to concerns, and make sure every client receives the care and respect they deserve.

If you’re a new or current coordinator, we’ve created a Meal Site Coordinator Handbook to support your work. This guide includes helpful policies, daily procedures, safety reminders, and resources to help you manage your site with confidence.
