At First Tennessee Human Resource Agency, safety is a top priority. The FTHRA Safety Committee is a dedicated group of employees representing departments across the agency who work together to promote a safe and healthy environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
Our Mission:
To proactively identify safety risks, recommend practical solutions, and foster a culture of safety throughout the organization.
What We Do:
Review and analyze workplace incidents and near misses
Conduct regular safety inspections and suggest improvements
Support staff safety training and emergency preparedness efforts
Recognize and celebrate employees who go above and beyond to promote safety
Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Safety Heroes Program:
Each quarter, the Safety Committee recognizes staff members who demonstrate exceptional attention to safety through our Safety Heroes Program. These individuals help make FTHRA a safer place for everyone, and their commitment does not go unnoticed.
